All products sold by La Posteria Retro' are made to order via on-demand printing. This means each item is unique and produced exclusively for you, at the time of your order.
❌ Returns and exchanges for "change of mind"
Because our products are customized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
- You changed your mind
- You ordered the wrong size/subject/specification
- The article does not meet your subjective expectations
Thank you for your understanding.
✅ When we accept returns or refunds
We accept reprint or refund requests in the following cases:
- The product is defective or has printing errors
- The product arrived damaged
- The order was not delivered , even though the address was correct
📝 How to send a request
To open a ticket, follow these steps:
1) Write to us at resi@laposteriaretro.it within 30 days of receiving your order.
2) Include:
- The order number
- Clear photos of the problem encountered
-A short description of the error
We'll evaluate your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, you'll receive:
- A free reprint , or
- A full refund
📦 Incorrect shipments and addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
